  9.  This desktop theme was based on the Emergency Room TV series (NBC).
  10.  The wallpaper bitmap and the sounds were taken from few ER sites on
  11.  the Internet and then edited. We've made icons and most of the cursors
  12.  ourselves. We have also made logo.sys, logow.sys and logos.sys 
  13.  startup/shutdown screens.

  15.  INSTALLATION:
  16.  -------------
  17.  1. The theme itself
  18.  ---
  19.  NOTE: You must have Microsoft Plus! properly installed.
  20.        This is a high (24-bit) color theme
  21.  
  22.  Please unzip "ER Theme.zip" file in the directory where your desktop
  23.  themes are located 
  24.  ( the most common directory is: C:\PROGRAM FILES\PLUS!\THEMES\ )
  25.  Don't make any extra directories. This is important because the path
  26.  is specified in the theme file. Go to the Control Panel and double 
  27.  click on the "Desktop Themes" icon. Select the "ER Theme (high color)" 
  28.  and press OK. The wallpaper, sounds, icons and cursors should now be
  29.  changed. If that is so, you have successfuly installed the ER theme.

  31.  2. Startup/shutdown screens
  32.  ---
  33.  NOTE: Don't forget to make backup copies of these files:
  34.        1. C:\logo.sys --> This is the startup screen
  35.        2. C:\WINDOWS\logow.sys --> This is the "Wait while your comp..." screen
  36.        3. C:\WINDOWS\logos.sys --> This is the "It's now safe to turn off..." screen

  38.  After you've done backup copies of the files above, copy the file logo.sys
  39.  from the ER Theme directory to C:\ .Then copy the files logow.sys and 
  40.  logos.sys from the ER Theme directory to the C:\WINDOWS dir.
  41.  Restart the computer.
